How do I check on an order I have placed?
You can check the status of your order on line. Alternatively you can call us on 07843984883 or send an email to us at email@example.com.. Please provide a contact number when making enquiries.
Do you accept International orders?
We’re sorry we only deliver online orders to UK addresses. If you wish to place an order from outside the UK please contact us by calling customer services for shipping information.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Our credit card services are handles by WorldPay using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology. Your order will be placed safely and securely.
How do I unsubscribe from email?
If you are registered with us, go to My Account and click on ‘view account profile’. Click on the link to the monthly newsletter to be removed from the mailing list.
Does anyone else see the information I provide to you?
What is your returns/exchange policy.
We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if not you may return any item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund, within 14 days of delivery.. For more information please see our returns procedure.
Can you mail out samples on request?
You can choose 2 free samples when you first register on our website. We will then send a further sample with each purchase so you can try our various fragrances. We cannot, however send out samples via any other method.
